Where do you ship?

I currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take for print-on-demand products?

All print-on-demand products are made to order through my fulfillment partner. Please allow 2-5 business days for production, plus 3-5 business days for shipping. Total delivery time is typically 5-10 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the product and destination.

How long does shipping take for original artwork?

All original artwork is carefully packaged and handled by me personally. Please allow 2-3 business days for preparation and packaging before shipment. Original paintings then ship via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) or Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days). You will be able to select your preferred shipping speed at checkout.

How much does shipping cost for print-on-demand products?

All print-on-demand orders ship free within the US!

How much does shipping cost for original artwork?

Shipping costs for original pieces are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Originals are carefully packaged and insured for safe delivery.

Returns

What is your return policy for print-on-demand products?

All print-on-demand products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with photos and I'll make it right!

What is your return policy for original artwork?

Original pieces are final sale. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Upon verification, a full refund will be issued — no return necessary.

Do you take commissions or custom orders?

I don't offer commissions or custom orders — I focus exclusively on the original works and products available in my shop. Each piece is created from my own imagination and creative vision!
