Refund policy
Print-on-Demand Products
All print-on-demand products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Lauren Birch Art at connect@laurenbirchart.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your full name
- Order date and order number
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact Lauren Birch Art as soon as possible so the shipment may be investigated with the fulfillment and shipping providers. Claims related to lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
In some cases, a replacement item may be issued instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
All claims are subject to review by the fulfillment provider and/or shipping carrier. Approval of refunds or replacements is not guaranteed and is dependent on the outcome of their investigation.
Original Artwork
All original artwork sales are final.
Refunds are only available if the artwork arrives damaged during shipment. Customers must contact connect@laurenbirchart.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage.
Once the damage has been verified, a full refund will be issued. Returns will not be required for damaged original artwork unless otherwise stated.
If an original artwork shipment is confirmed lost in transit, customers should contact Lauren Birch Art as soon as possible so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier. Once the carrier confirms the package as lost, a full refund may be issued.

- Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Lauren Birch Art reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Risk of Loss / Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Lauren Birch Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier facility before contacting us.
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier or local postal service, as they are responsible for packages once delivery has been confirmed. Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier serves as proof of fulfillment.
